Earlier reports suggested that Rahm is an adaptation of William Shakespeare's comedy Measure for Measure. The film's cast includes Sanam Saeed, Sunil Shankar, Sajid Hasan and Nayyar Ejaz in main roles, while the script is written by Mahmood Jamal, who is also the film's producer.
